Refund Policy
Subscription Fees
- Fees may be updated from time to time however will be current at point of activating membership.
- Subscription options will be available prior to payment and activation. Note that the option selected may be only changed once the activated option has expired.
- You receive notification on expiry of your subscription.
Mentor Fee
- KWG has invested in sourcing experienced and well-rounded qualified professionals to be part of our mentor program.
- Where a mentor due to unavailability for whatever reason cancels an arranged session with a particular mentee in 2 consecutive instances, the mentee may request that an alternate mentor, meeting the same or more qualifications of the initial mentor, be allocated.
- In the event that KWG is not able to allocate an alternate mentor, a refund will be processed to that mentee.

- Provide details why you seek refund and the payment details. We encourage you substantiate your request as much as possible.
- Our team will review your review and revert to within 5 business days.
- If approved your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
