The Emerging Company Services team brings our purpose to life by developing, designing, and implementing organisational transformation to improve performance and generate lasting growth for our clients. We help identify an organisation’s strategic goals, assess the fit of the organisation against those goals, and then identify and implement the change needed to create a fit-for-growth business.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • (Optional) Experience in Investment, Capital Markets, Deals, M&A or Debt Advisory: Apply your background in capital raising, transactions, or investment to support clients through funding rounds, exits or other key growth milestones.
  • Project Management Excellence: Organise and manage projects effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful outcomes across PwC’s teams.
  • Communication and Presentation: Present complex information clearly to clients and colleagues, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Thought Leadership Development: Lead research efforts and contribute to ideas that keep PwC at the leading edge of industry trends.
  • Client Engagement and Insight: Build strong client relationships, gaining deep insights into their needs to deliver tailored, high-impact services.
  • Risk Analysis and Process Enhancement: Use detailed financial evaluations to identify key risk areas and recommend transformative process improvements.
  • Proactive Business Development: Support the team to cultivate client relationships and identify new opportunities to support PwC’s and its clients’ growth.

In our Emerging Company Services team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Delivering Strategic Financial Insights: Conduct detailed analyses of financial data to help clients make well-informed decisions, leveraging unbounded curiosity to explore new angles and opportunities.

  • Managing Projects Successfully: Lead and be part of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction. Utilise one-firm collaboration to integrate insights from diverse PwC teams for optimal project outcomes.

  • Creating Clear Content: Use writing and visual tools to present insights and strategies in a simple, engaging way, applying constructive challenge to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communication.

  • Contributing to Research and Thought Leadership: Support initiatives that influence the market and establish PwC as a leader.

  • Strengthening Client Relationships: Enable the team to build long-term client relationships.

  • Improving Processes and Managing Risks: Support and drive the team to work more efficiently.
