Job Title: Salesforce CRM Data Analyst
Experience: 5 to 9 Years
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore – Work From Office
Working Hours: 3.00pm to 12.00am
Must have Skills: Excel, Advanced Excel, Power BI/ Tableau, Salesforce CRM, Sales Operations, Data Analyst. Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Salesforce CRM to support business processes and user needs.
- Maintain data integrity, perform regular audits, and ensure system accuracy.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM enhancements and integrations.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users and ensure adoption of best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements.
- Research systems for integrity issues, reporting issues, improvements, and quality control
- Improve integrity and automation of sales reports
- Manage territory and account assignments and ownership on both primary and secondary ownership levels
- Troubleshoot system issues for the automated bonus application and work with MIS to resolve the issues
- User profile set up in CRM
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide monthly analysis of Sales performance including but not limited to Key Performance Indicators, Vertical Dashboards, and Revenue Reporting
- Design and implement several canned reports for sales and provide reports as requested by all of Sales and Sales Management including revenue reports, territory analysis, budget analysis, and other ad hoc reports.
- Continually analyse revenue data for accuracy/integrity
- Manage sales hierarchy reporting in CRM systems
- Be the administrator of the sales and budget CRM applications
- Manage Corporate Account Data including integrity of all budgets and account assignments
- Continually manage on quarterly budget changes as well as structural changes
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support sales leadership and strategy.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity and revenue growth.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-9 years of experience in Salesforce administration and sales operations analytics.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and data governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
